3) Report/Block
4) Report this profile
5) Click the 1st line, then step 3) & step 4) and click 2nd line
6) Block them

Yes there are Fake Profiles on Linkedin, and there are 6 steps you can do to help all of us to clear them.

These steps are the easiest to do if you want to keep Linkedin tidy.

Unfortunately Fake Linkedin Profile is not rare any more. There are waves of fake profiles.

How to recognise a Fake Profile

Usually they have stockphoto images; Google Image search can help you:

1. Right click on the image
2. Click to Image search: Google
3. If you have these details, the photo is OK:
   Image size:
   400 × 400
   No other sizes of this image found.
4. Even if the image is fine, a Fake Profile rarely have 500+ connections
5. They don't have a detailed Profile
6. Certainly don't have activity
