Linkedin's One Hand Takes Away and the Other Gives

Linkedin limits your searches, with one hand. And pushes you to use grey hat hack to use Linkedin X-Ray.
And Linkedin gives new tools too.

Now its not the face is the important (an ex-minister of Hungary) but the are bordered with yellow and the logo pinpointing the "mouse-over-popup" (you put your mouse over the blue area and pops up the) logo. This happens when one has a "semi-Anonymous" viewer visited your profile.

So, the main characteristics of the viewer will be shown. At the top image, I coul see both the logo and the name of the Linkedin Company Page.
I have clicked on the logo, arrived to the Company Page and realised, that I don't know anyone from that company, so I connected 3 of them...
